TERMS AND CONDITIONS
VISIT DALLAS MERRY MILE 2025
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.
The Visit Dallas Merry Mile 2025 (“Promotion”) gives participants a self-guided tour of Dallas’ best holiday-themed cocktails with its free mobile passport along with the opportunity to earn a free swag item, while supplies last, from Visit Dallas. The Promotion is subject to these Term and Conditions and to all applicable laws. Void in United States possessions and territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions
Sponsor. The Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau d/b/a Visit Dallas, 1807 Ross Avenue, Suite 450, Dallas, TX 75201.
Administrator. Bandwango, Inc., 4516 South 700 East, Suite 305, Murray, UT 84107.
Eligibility. This Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of November 11, 2025. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, participating retail locations, and their respective affiliates, parent companies, and subsidiaries, as well as advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), together with the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and those persons living in the same household as such employees (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period. The Promotion will begin on November _11_, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and end at 11:59 p.m. CT on January 10, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s or Administrator’s (or their designated representative’s) computer is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.
How to Participate.
You must enable location services on your mobile device when necessary to participate. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. Your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply.
1. Visit www.visitdallas.com/merrymile or https://www.visitdallas.com/food-drink/margarita-mile/
2. Click “Get Your Pass” on the Pass product card or icon and fill out the required information, including but not limited to name, mobile phone number, email address, and zip code, and answer all required questions. You will be given an opportunity to opt in to receive promotional emails, but you are not required to do so to participate in the Promotion.
3. After you register, a “mobile passport” (“Passport”) will be sent to you via text message and/or email, which you must save to your mobile device. The Passport will contain the name and address of participating locations along the “Merry Mile” (“Location(s)”). The name and address of the Locations is also available at www.visitdallas.com/merrymile or https://www.visitdallas.com/campaigns/margarita-mile/index.html.
4. During the Promotion Period, visit one or more Locations on the Merry Mile, enable location services on your mobile device, and check in to the Location on your Passport. Having location services enabled on your device is required to check in on your Passport, and you must be physically present at the premises of a Location in order to check in. Upon confirming your check in via the Passport you will receive 100 points. A purchase is not required to receive points for checking in to a location.
5. For each Location, you will only receive points for checking in to that Location once. You will not receive points for any visit to a Location (a) if you do not properly check in on the Passport at the Location, or (b) after the end of the Promotion Period.
Redeeming Points.
1. At any time during the Promotion Period and continuing until 11:59 p.m. CT January 17, 2025, you may redeem points earned from visiting and checking into Locations for the following promotional item, while supplies last:

2. To redeem points for the promotional item, click on the “Rewards” tab in the Passport, choose the promotional item and click “redeem.” You will be required to input all required information including shipping address and confirm the selection. You must have earned sufficient points for the item or items for which you request redemption.
3. Promotional items are available while supplies last. Promotional items will be shipped six to eight weeks following successful completion of the redemption request, at Sponsor’s expense, to the address provided by the participant at the time they sign up for the Passport. All address changes are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, in their sole discretion, and participant may be required to provide documentation satisfactory to Sponsor and/or Participant demonstrating such change in address. All promotional items may be fulfilled by a third party selected by Sponsor or Administrator. By completing the redemption request, you agree to the sharing of your personal information with the fulfillment company.
4. All redemption requests must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on January 30, 2026 (“Redemption Deadline”). Redemption requests submitted after the Redemption Deadline will not be redeemed or fulfilled.
5. Any points not redeemed by the Redemption Deadline are void and deemed forfeited. Points do not have any monetary value. Points and promotional items cannot be redeemed for cash value. Promotional items are non-transferable; no substitutions or exchanges are permitted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute one or more promotional items for a promotional item of equal or greater value.
Additional Terms.
Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute over the identity of participant, the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number or email address used when signing up for the Passport will be deemed to be the participant. The authorized account holder of an email address or mobile phone number shall mean the natural person assigned to such account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, mobile phone service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account or the mobile phone number associated with such account. Participants may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that s/he is the authorized account holder of such email address or mobile phone number.
Verification; Required Documents; Taxes. Participants submitting redemption requests may be subject to verification, including verification of residence. In order to receive a promotional item, participant may be required, within the time period designated by Sponsor, to (a) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, district, or state of the United States or by the United States federal government; and/or (b) complete, sign, and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Promotional items may be considered compensation to the redeeming participants. All applicable taxes associated with and applicable to receipt or use of promotional items (if any) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
No Representations or Warranties. Sponsor has not made and is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims, any representation, warranty, or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any promotional item.
Participation. By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error herein or in the Promotion itself, and to be bound by all actions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s representative, whose decisions are binding and final on all matters related to this Promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees for participant and for participant’s heirs, executors, and administrators to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, and actions of any kind, including without limitation (i) property damages, personal injury, and/or death; (ii) claims based on or arising out of rights of publicity, rights of privacy, and/or defamation, libel, and/or slander; (iii) claims arising out of the delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any promotional item (“Claims”), in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate registration, check in, or redemption information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled, or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the promotion; (c) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet in general; (d) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion; or (e) incomplete, lost, or late submissions, check ins, or redemption requests.
Acceptance of Promotional Items. Unless prohibited by law, by accepting any promotional item, participants grant to Sponsor the right to use her/his name, likeness, hometown, and biographical information for any lawful purpose (including but not limited to advertising and promotion), in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter developed, without further permission or compensation.
Modification, Cancellation, or Suspension of Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Promotion (or any portion of the Promotion) should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, fairness, security, or proper operation of the Promotion. If, in the Sponsor’s reasonable opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect check ins or redemption requests and/or terminate the Promotion (or any portion of the Promotion). Sponsor may prohibit participants from participating in the Promotion or receiving a promotional item if, in its sole discretion, it determines participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices. Sponsor is not responsible for typographic or printer’s errors.
Waiver. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PROMOTIONAL ITEMS REDEED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEY’S FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES) AND/OR ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY PARTICIPANT.
By participating in this Promotion, you understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You understand and acknowledge that Section 1542 states: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” By participating in this Promotion, participants expressly waive and relinquish all rights and benefits under that section and any law of any jurisdiction of similar effect with respect to her or his release of any claims he or she may have against Sponsor as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a promotional item.
Use of Information. Personally identifiable information that is submitted by participants as part of this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and fulfill redemption requests, and will be subject to, as applicable, Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.visitdallas.com/privacy-policy/ and/or Administrator’s privacy policy at https://www.bandwango.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the promotion, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s and Administrator’s privacy policy.
Governing Law. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Venue for any actions hereunder shall be in the appropriate state or federal court located in Dallas, Texas.
Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects, restricts, limits, or excludes any statutory rights of a consumer.
Privacy Policy
Customer information is collected solely for processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is only disclosed as required by applicable law. During checkout, you may choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, you will receive communications as specified.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a Voucher, we encourage you to contact Bandwango Passholder Support to resolve the issue. Our team will inquire and address your concerns.
Customer Service Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 am PT - 5 pm MST.
Refunds: Refunds or exchanges for unredeemed vouchers are considered on a case-by-case basis. We strive to accommodate your needs and provide a satisfactory resolution. Refund requests for events, attractions, and specific admissions may not be honored, but we will do our best to assist you.
Extensions:
If you need an extension for Voucher Activation, please contact passholder support to discuss your request. Extensions will only be considered for unused passes or items still within the activation period. Extensions will not be granted beyond 365 days from the purchase date. Extension requests for events and specific time-sensitive admissions will not be honored.
Third-Party Refunds and Exchanges: Terms and conditions for Online Travel Agencies may vary. Please refer to the specific third-party terms and conditions for details.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/Country].
Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
